Our website does not use cookies, analytics tools, tracking scripts, or third-party services that collect personal data. We do not operate contact forms or newsletter sign-ups.
We receive personal data in two contexts:
Website and general enquiries. If you contact us by email, we receive your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry.
Client engagements. When we begin working with a client organisation, we receive contact details — typically names, work email addresses, phone numbers, and job titles — of the people involved in that project. This data comes to us through contracts, introductions, and the course of day-to-day collaboration. We store it in our business email system and Microsoft SharePoint, and where a project requires it, we may share relevant details with collaboration tools used in that engagement. We use this data only to deliver the agreed services and for nothing else.

When you apply for a role at EggAI Technologies GmbH, we receive personal data as part of that process. This typically includes your name, contact details, CV, work history, and any other information you choose to share with us. We receive this data typically via email, LinkedIn, or through our applicant tracking system, Greenhouse.
We use this data solely to assess your application and manage the recruitment process. If your application is unsuccessful, we will retain your data for up to 12 months in case a suitable role arises, after which it is deleted. Where we would like to keep your details for longer, we will ask for your explicit consent. On your explicit request data will be deleted earlier.

We process personal data based on Article 6(1) GDPR — either to respond to an enquiry, to fulfil a contract, or to maintain a legitimate working relationship with a client organisation.

We retain correspondence and client contact data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was received, or as required by applicable law. Business records are typically retained for up to six years in line with German commercial record-keeping requirements (§ 257 HGB).

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. During the delivery of a project, we may share relevant contact details with collaboration tools where this is necessary. We may also share data where we are legally required to do so.

Our operations are based in Germany, the European Union, and the UK. We do not routinely transfer personal data outside the EEA or UK. Where any transfer does occur, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with GDPR requirements
